  •  When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your item is on the way.

  •  Do you accept returns?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll make it right.

  •  How do I care for my silk pillowcase?

Use a gentle detergent. Hand wash or machine wash cold on delicate. Air dry flat or tumble dry low. 

  • Do you offer warranties?

Yes. Our $10 Red Thread Promise covers manufacturing defects for 6 months. You can add this during checkout.
